SUNBLAZE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information, including personal information about users, in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “our Services”).

3. Third Party Provision
The Company will not provide personal information among user information to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without obtaining prior consent from users. However, this does not apply when providing to third parties (including those located outside Japan) is necessary for the following reasons:
- When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When applying to job openings from recruiting companies, acquiring personal information in the hiring process, and when recruiting companies need it for hiring decisions

5. Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company is requested by a user to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, disclose it to the user without delay (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify accordingly). However, this does not apply when the Company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that we charge a fee (1,000 yen per case) for disclosure of personal information.
6. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
- When the Company is requested by a user for (1) correction of content based on the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that personal information is not true, and (2) suspension of use based on the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the pre-announced purpose of use or that it was collected by false or other fraudulent means, the Company will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, promptly conduct necessary investigations and, based on the results, correct the content of personal information or suspend its use, and notify the user accordingly. If a decision is made not to make corrections or suspend use, we will notify the user accordingly.
- When the Company is requested by a user to delete their personal information, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such request, it will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, delete the personal information and notify the user accordingly.
- The provisions of 6-1 and 6-2 do not apply when the Company is not obligated to make corrections or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

8. Privacy Policy Change Procedures
The Company will change this Policy as necessary. However, when making changes to this Policy that require user consent under law, the changed Policy will only apply to users who have consented to the changes through methods specified by the Company. When the Company changes this Policy, it will announce the implementation time and content of the changed Policy through appropriate methods such as display on the Company’s website or notify users.
